You can register research interests and specific keywords on your profile to indicate to other researchers what kind of research you do and are interested in. This information can also help people find researchers in specific fields, if they are looking for collaboration opportunities or need to consult an expert.
Disciplines are the broad field of research, like Archaeology, History of Medicine or Aerospace Engineering.
Keywords are more specific areas of expertise, like Pernicious Anemia, Medieval coins or Mammoths in Art.
Select Profile from the black navigation panel on the left. Your research profile should now be visible.
In the edit screen you can either type in Disciplines to find and select them from registered Disciplines, or click on the ‘Select Multiple’ button to search for and find a discipline from the entire database. You can only select one of the existing Disciplines. If you think that we have left out an important Discipline, let us know.
You can also enter Keywords for your research. These are not limited to keywords in our database, so you can either select from existing keywords, or create your own to suit your research.
